Misplaced button sliders

When using the x737 from AEDT, some knobs that can be rotated show the slider going through the cockpit roof, which makes me unable to operate them correctly. The default 737 works fine however.
Also when using the JAR a320, the buttons on the overhead panel cannot be interacted with while using the oculus touch. Is there any way I can fix this? Or is this an incompatibility that has to be resolved
by the addon creators?
In both cases I'm using the Oculus Touch. I can imagine my description is a little unclear, so if needed I can post screenshots when I get home a little later today.
