Hi. I have exactly such an error after installing FlyInside 1.81 in X-Plane10 and X-Plane 11. Version 1.8 works well.
I also noticed that the X-Plane menu does not fit in the window on the monitor.

Hi Daz,

Any chance that you could send a screenshot to dan@flyinside-fsx.com ?

Also, is it just the cockpit that's doing this, or is the FlyInside Menu view broken too? If the Menu view still works, could you open the Mirror Window and send a screenshot of that?

Thanks,
Dan

I deleted the X-Plane and FlyInside configuration files, but the problem did not disappear. A double image in the left eye and dark in the right. In addition, it is impossible to change something in the X-Plane menu, as it is distorted.

It looks like XP might have somehow got the wrong resolution settings for the Rift.

That does look very odd and probably not very comfortable to experience either :)

I have a suspicion that I downloaded the version 1.81 file incorrectly. Because file version 1.81 for FSX works well. Unfortunately I can not check it right now, I will tomorrow.

UPD.
I downloaded the version 1.81 file again. Removed FlyInside, deleted all configuration files. Launched X-Plane to create new files. After installed FlyInside version 1.81. Again, the same problem is a double image in the left eye. I returned to version 1.8.

Revert back to previous version until we get to the bottom of this. At least you can fly ;)

does it do it with all aircraft or is it just a particular one?

having just had some issues with the VR on the latest update for the FF 767, it would appear that aircraft do have the potential to cock things up.
