Hi Tony,
Yes, as stated above. I'm currently on the latest beta of Oculus Home.
I have also done a clean install of the Nvidia GPU driver. I'm currently on 385.41
Note that I only install the drive, I don't install any of the other crap.
I suspect that there is a screw up in the display positioning info being passed to X-Plane.
Either the Oculus software is sending erroneous positioning info to Flyinside, or Flyinside is miss interpreting the info given to it by Oculus.
Another suspicion I have is that Oculus may have made changes to their software to "improve" room scalability, maybe this is causing the problems?
Note that I only have a small play area. I did try with the sensors further apart and further back, but it didn't seem to improve things.
I even tried with a single sensor placed higher and further back from the play area, but that didn't fix the problem either.
Software updates within Oculus Home are disabled when I fly.
I never ever had any problems at all when I was using Oculus Home 1.16.
One thing I also need to consider is when I play a game, like Robo Recall, I'm standing in the centre of the play area.
However, when I'm flying, I position myself further forward as the flight controls are normally sitting on a desk in front of me.
Although I'm further forward when flying, I'm still within the guardian system.
Next weekend I will move some furniture around to increase the size of the play area and recalibrate.
I will sit in the centre of the play area when flying, see if that helps.
Steven.
