Hello, im trying my best to get a smooth experience and im hovering around 40-45/90 without ASW

We could really use a way to lock the fps to say 40 or 45. If i have ASW off and i get say 40/90 the scenery will always stutter as the fps fluctuates, it stutters at 45/90 too as it wont lock down the fps, same at 50/90. Its also going 90-93 sometimes. If you can manage ASW on and 45/45 and the fps does not go high enough for it to try and jump to 90 you are in the clear and its a smooth experience, if not its a stuttery mess as its always trying to jump up to 90. Im hoping there is something in the works that will smooth this out.

Asus Gtx 1080 TI 2025 ghz 50% usage Driver version 385.28
DDR4 32gb 2800 ghz
I7 7700k 5 ghz around 60% usage

Flyinside 3840 2880 though its not much difference in fps on the lower resolutions, 3-5 fps

Is anything running in the background? Mine is stable at 40/90 plus post a picture of your settings page.

Looking at it more I would say its a microstutter issue, as its always there. My fps is about 52/90, im using a tweak so i can turn off shadows in the cockpit for 5-10 extra fps. With ASW on 45/45 the scenery is nice and smooth. Ive disabled any background application that i can find and it still has the microstutter issue
