XP 11 pause and head tracking

There are two things that mildly annoy me when flying in XP11.

The sim pauses when I go to the menu in Flyinside or on any other task switch.

Head tracking goes outside the plane if I take the Oculus off and set it aside.

Currently, I simply unpause the sim in desktop view to get it running again and place my Oculus in my seat instead of on the table next to me, where I normally keep it to keep it safe.

Does XP11 have a similar function to P3D similar to "pause on task switch"? I have not been able to find it.

Is there a way to disable head tracking so that we could move our HMDs without being well outside the aircraft?

Is this for when you continue in 2D ? I have a button assigned for recenter head view in the Flyinside menu and one for 2D so it's a single simple press.......does that help mate ?

Actually no. I do have that bound to recenter my head tracking. I was curious if there is a way to disable the head tracking, but now that I think of it, perhaps if I move it off onto the table and recenter, x-plane will be fooled and think I'm still in the cockpit. I'll try that.

Do you know of any way to keep xp11 from pausing when clicking the flyinside menu, going to desktop, etc?
