does flyin work with pmgd 737 nxg . I can't get the program to download .

I've had some users report success with the PMGD 737. What sort of trouble are you having downloading?

During set up it is looking for Microsoft FSX as a destination and there is none with PMDG 737 Ngx

It works with PMDG 737NGX, you just have to carefully manage VAS if you have add-on sceneries and airports.
