FSX window stays minimized in taskbar

When I start a free flight by clicking "fly now" button, fsx window will then become minimized into taskbar. Any attempt to bring it onto desktop will result in fatal error of Flyinside.

I already experienced this problem before the recent update of FI-fsx 1.75 and Windows 10 Creator version . It's just that now it happens more often than not. I bet it is a known problem. Is it being looked at? when a fix will be out?

Thanks for your quick reply. The error log is attached.

I found a workaround for this problem: first load FSX default flight which is the trike in Friday harbor, after that I can either load other flights or change aircraft, location, time, etc..
