Crash while Switching Aircraft

Something I've started seeing only recently.. but I now often get a crash message when switching between aircraft.
The game itself doesn't actually crash out immediately, but the view starts to judder/tear and controls stop working correctly.
I've attached the error log here. Any ideas?

Are you using DX10 mode or have a camera utility running mate ?

I'm running in DX9. Only things I have running are FlyInside, VoiceAttack, Steam & FSX-SE itself.

One things I've also noticed after last night... the crashes always seem to occur for Steam DLC aircraft.
Default aircraft and freeware installed aircraft don't appear to have the same issue.
I've also found 5 steam aircraft that result in just a blank screen instead of a cockpit view (Aerospool WT9, Convair F106, Republic F105,Hurricane & Tempest from the Hawker Heroes pack). These 5 work fine if not using FlyInside.

I have the same issue and (for me) seems to occur with anything other than out of the box aircraft.
