FlyInside FSX:SE Win10 Rift issues

I've successfully used FlyInside FSX in the past, however today when trying to use it, the in-game flight selection menu does not appear (is completely blank). I am able to set up the flight outside, then put the headset back on, however I've noticed in-game glitches. The most prominent being, upon hitting ~ to bring up the ATC menu, the graphics glitch like crazy and the menu does not appear. Hitting ~ again stops the glitching, however some textures remain plain black subsequently.
How do I fix this?

Hi mate, any new add-ons? Anything new done to your pc ?

No new addons, only two things I can think of that have changed. Windows updates, and FSX:SE updates.

Could you find your FSX.cfg file save it somewhere or remove it from the folder structure or rename it. Then restart FSX and let the config rebuild. Have you also got the latest Flyinside 1.9 mate ?

Yeah, I installed 1.9 when I realised it wasnt working correctly. No change.
Renamed fsx.cfg, got the prompt about it being created when I ran FlyInside. Again, no change.

Can you pop your pc specs and win version in your sig for us mate ? Plus are you Nvidia or AMD GPU ? We seem to be getting issues around AMD cards. Also if Nvidia are you on the latest driver ? If yes try a roll back to your last stable one ?

Signature should be updated, and I'm currently running 388.59. The previous version I have is pretty old, 381.65. Still try it?
