No VR display

Postby abrahad » Sun Jun 14, 2020 7:30 pm

I have just re-installed Flyinside and FSX-SE after upgrading my PC with new mobo, CPU and SSD (see signature).
FSX is running ok and FlyInside starts and runs without error messages but does not go into VR mode, i.e. the window is displayed on the monitor and in the headset but not in 3D.
I have restarted after renaming the ... /Microsoft/FSX folders in .../AppData/Roaming and Local etc.

I note that the log.txt file (attached) contains the line
"1.08452 DesktopCapture\CaptureSource.cpp 59 Invalid monitor, hr: 2"

Does this mean FlyInside is not finding the Rift?

BTW - X-plane 11 is working ok with the Rift as are other VR programmes.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Panic over. All is working well now including my recently purchased touch controllers. Flying the microlight by grabbing the bar and moving it takes me back to my hang-gliding days many years ago.
