Hi,
Problem:
I've installed the trial version for Flyinside FSX Pro 1.96 for Oculus. When I start the flyinside app, the FSX:SE title window opens up first as normal on both my laptop screen and in the oculus. Then a window pops up on the laptop asking for graphics adapter settings (attachments below). Once I click "Start Flyinside FSX", the game basically stops running and the FSX:SE title window goes away from both the Oculus and my laptop screen.
What i've done:
- I've updated Nvidia drivers and updated Oculus software
- I've tried all combinations of graphics cards before hitting the "start" button as that pop-up window had suggested.
- I've tried deleting cfg files in the appdata FSX folder so they could be re-created on startup. per: https://forum.flyinside-fsx.com/viewtop ... =60&t=7845
- I've tried renaming the FSX folder to something else in appdata to see if new stuff would be re-created on startup. per: https://forum.flyinside-fsx.com/viewtop ... =49&t=7848
after trying all those things the problem still persists the same
One thing i've wondered is if maybe it's an issue with the built-in Intel UHD Graphics 630. However I'm hesitant to disable it in device manager because idk if that will do something to my laptop display/screen. (i'm not very computer literate so idk).
My problem is similar to what these guys had in the past but a solution wasn't really determined: https://forum.flyinside-fsx.com/viewtop ... =49&t=6904
log from FlyInside folder is also attached
