The Home of FlyInside Flight Simulator FFS FSX P3D and X-PLANE Message Board

I've been using Steam VR headsets without issue for a long time. Yesterday when switching to the Reverb G2 I can not start Flyinside at all.
I get the following error message.

Flyinside Fatal Error Encountered (-2147024809, 0)

Intel 4790K
EVGA 2080TI
FSX Steam Edition
Latest version of Flyinside FSX for SteamVR/WMR

I uninstalled both fsx and flyinside and reinstalled with no change.

Any Ideas?

For the record, I did a complete system reformat, and installed only the necessary things to get flyinside running on fsx. It's working well now.
