When I move my head clouds of black dots move with it. Other than that I love this sim.
Running on steam
with oculus dk2
gtx 760 with latest driver (understand previous driver worked better with oculus)
i7260k cpu @ 3.4 ghz
16mb ram
win 8.1

That's a new one! Do the dots appear on the monitor window also? If so, could you take a screenshot or possibly record a video? I'd like to see this, and hopefully fix it for you.

Also, are you running any 3rd party plugins?

Thats probably an issue with water reflection quality set to 2x high.

the Blacksdots are the reflections of the water so try set it up to 2xmed and it should work fine.
