Hi,
cannot find where to download the additional aircraft the dialogue closed when i first opened the sim and i now cannot find a way to restart the aircraft download.

Hello,
If you have the full version of the sim activated, you can go to File -> Check for Updates, where you should have an update available to download. This update will include the additional aircraft.
