Fixed entirely, no! We have further plans for greater RAM use reduction. What we fixed were issues which would unpredictability cause 20gb+ virtual memory usage under some conditions (not entirely deterministic). Now at least it should be stable at 16gb although we're working towards 8gb in VR for scenery v2.

Hello, with this update now for me it's playable, with the t38 flying at ground level I have no problem lag and memory is on track, just a little problem I find that the changes of landscapes are too close to the plane.

Tried my test triangle route Oxford-New Haven-Bridgeport-Oxford with the map window open, no crash with this version, hooray! Not sure about the runway lights on the runway at Bridgeport though!
