Can’t move imported window

I am using P3Dv4 with a valve index headset. I can import my navigraph chart window no problem. I can resize it with the mouse. I can remove it with the mouse clicking on the white x. I can’t however get it to move from the top left of my screen using the mouse or controller by touching the arrows or any part of the window.

I finally figured this out. I use the Valve Index headset and controllers. When the hand controller is on the only way to move the imported window is to use the hand controller to grab and move the window. There is a large X on the top left of the window where you will need to grab and move it. When the hand controller is off, which will be noticable because the X in the top left will be smaller, then you move the window with the mouse controller. Just stumbled into this after much frustration.
