Download error (updates)

I am now at 2197/2331 in the download. I have honestly had to restart the update over 100 times, maybe 200, I have lost count. The updater will run for less than 5 minutes and then fail. It has been running for about 8 hours last night/this morning, and another 8 hours this afternoon. I really hope something is done with the updater, as I won't be using it again in the state it is in.

Well, The download did finish last night, finally, at about 2am! The update install was completed very quickly.

Even though I had Max Retries set to 50, for some reason the updater would just stop every time it encountered an error. Something like "Failed download error -could not find file ******" Every time the missing or inaccessible file would be either a sound file or a dds texture file. The majority were dds texture files.

Thanks Dan, perhaps next time there's an update if the issue is still around we can do a Team Viewer session

Edit: Forgot to mention, if this is a region related problem, I am located in Melbourne, Australia.

I'm getting 1-3 mbps downloading scenery here in NZ. My WiFi is generally capable of 60 mbps+.
