Popup menus unreadable at night - Samsung Odyssey

On my Samsung Odyssey I can't read any of the pop-up menus that show up when you interact with some of the buttons in the aircraft. The text is black against a black background. I can see it when I pass my blue virtual hand through the pop-up menu.
