Discount for previous customer

Just to let you know.

I logged in with my username + password and the price dropped from 32 to 25 USDollars but when paying (via iDeal) the purchase price was 28 Euro's (which amounts to about 32 dollars)

At the time I thought nothing of it and i am not here to get my money back or anything, you can keep it, but perhaps it is a defect?

You're probably seeing VAT. For countries with a large VAT, the price is higher than listed on our website (but we can't compute this until checkout). It just so happens that some countries have a 20-25% VAT, which cancels out the discount (but it would've been higher without the discount). Apologies for the confusion!
