Interacting with the avionics

Postby franzy666 » Sun Oct 21, 2018 9:19 am

Hello,
Using the mouse, I can interact with almost anything in the cockpit except all digital avionics, for example I cant press the GOTO button on the GPS or change frequencies etc
This whether I am in VR or on screen. When hovering over a button, the mouse changes to the small hand but clicking is without effect.
No way to make any navigation.
thanks
Franck

Hi Franck,

A lot of that functionality just hasn't been implemented yet, so the buttons are press-able but don't do anything. You should at least be able to change NAV and COM frequencies on most aircraft, though some work better than others. We're planning on implementing additions and improvements to the avionics system during this beta period.

Malcolm

Quick question Franck, is SLI working out of the box for you? We haven't had a chance to test out/dev SLI ourselves yet.

Thanks,

Hi Dan
Thanks for the reply and eager to see further developments in your promising sim.
Yes SLI worked perfectly out of the box. No problem at all.
I used it as soon as you made it compatible on flynside with P3D and then when I first tested FFS it just had nothing to do else than fly!
