Fatal Error

Error screenshot and log file attached.

Maybe the issue is that there is no user on my computer named Dan. Do I need to change my name for the scenery to load? Because my wife is used to calling me Jeff at this point in our relationship.

That's a good one Jeff :) I have a feeling your wife wouldn't be too happy with the change.

Some of the error messages auto-include the file paths from the computer the software was built in (that being mine). Your username should be fine. A few questions:
1. Are you getting this crash every time you run the software, or just at "random"?
2. How far does the software load before the crash occurs? Can you fly the plane, or does it die during startup.
3. Did the software ever work for you, or has this bug plagued you from the start?

This was the first time I'd gotten this error, and it occurred when I tried changing airports. There wasn't a hard crash, but rather the scenery just didn't load and I got that error popup on my monitor. If I get the same error again, I'll reply and let you know what triggers it.

I had this error a couple of weeks back and just had it again today. It was just after the scenery finished loading (the first time, it was after several minutes). Seems to be a different code from the OP's.

It completely froze my PC, so I had to take a picture with my phone.

Jeff, that's good to know. The behavior you've described (intermittent crash on location switch) makes sense with the message you've reported. We're looking into it and should have a fix.

Jehan, your crash log is graphics and graphics-driver related. Unfortunately I don't have much more info than that. We're adding additional logging to the next version, so that we can figure out exactly what's going on there. Apologies for the system freeze btw :oops: :oops:
