Answers regarding the clutter bug:
1. I've been changing all of the clutter settings lately to test them out, so at this point I don't really have a "default" setting. However, since the latest public release I've been mostly keeping it at 500.
2. Not entirely consistent. Over Salt Lake the clutter would NOT load until I fiddled with the chunk size setting (ie, drag all the way to the right, then back to the left). In other areas it was more like an extreme delay where a new chunk of clutter didn't load until I was well over that area.
3. It's happening everywhere, but to differing degrees (maybe depending on how populous the area is with houses/trees?). I haven't had time to test it out more thoroughly.
As far as the runway bug goes, my answers are:
1. Same as #1 above
2. Yes, I don't believe a single runway has populated since I updated to 0.4.2.
3. Everywhere, unfortunately.
