fatal error starting fsx se with tacpack

when I launch flyinside fsx with tacpack installed i get fatal error and closes off fsx the report is attached to the post
I run windows 10 pro, CPU Ryzen 7 2700x, graphics card GeForce RTX 2060, ram 16g.
