unable to activate

I have been trying to activate Flyinside, but it keeps rejecting my information saying I do not own the software. I have the invoice to prove I do. I have checked the information carefully. I did reset my password. I do not know if this has caused the problem? I tried inputting the original password to no avail. Please help.
