No power

sim P3Dv4.5, Aerosoft A330 pro, Oculus Rift s.
Engines start as normal, and can taxi using idle power, but there is no thrust on take off and the only power is idle. both levers go to take off indent, green dot on instrument panel go round to show take off but the instrument line does not leave idle. Any help please reinstalled latest download from web site. Thanks Peter
