GPS not working in the B55

Hi, I am new to FlyInside, is the gps system in the B55 fully functional? I can change the coms side of things but cant start the Nav side of things. The gps system is supposed to be the Garmin 430/530, but it looks a little different to the 430/530 simulator I downloaded from Garmin, is it an update of some sort?. Can I access a manual somewhere? Some help with this would be appreciated. Thanks
