Loading Issues

When I enter in game I end up spawning into helicopter and game seems to freeze as I can not access menu to exit out of Helicopter ( I was able one time to fly helicopter, but when I crashed I still couldn't access menu or exit from Helicopter). I have uninstalled and reinstalled game 3 times and still get the same result. What should I do?
