The VR 3D cockpits are a huge jump up from a flat screen but then you quickly realise with most planes that the windows are so small so you have to move your head around a lot to see the incredible 3D scenery outside
I opted for using the Austflight drifter because as with most ultralights it is an open cockpit
Just this plane has a GPS so you can follow your flight path without losing immersion of VR
After seeing the ad last week in my email I looked at it but the GPS was too important to me

Thanks again for talking me into buying that paraglider! :D

Hey Axel, YouTube says that the video is blocked in 1 country due to copyright on Frank's swinging tune. They didn't say which one (hehe) but I'm betting it's yours. :(

So guess what? The Michael Bublé version is just one second shorter and fits really well too, so in spite of the yowls yesterday, this one's for you.

It's uploading now but when it lands, hopefully it's an artist restriction and not the song copyright itself. (https://youtu.be/rNpTDEdrDV0)

These are just shots from the Dover Flight. I'll do up the Egypt ones later. And I realized something - the palm frond islands I mentioned in the UAE might be better landscaped now that we sorted out why I couldn't see the pyramids. That could have been operator error / PEBCAK and it might be much more spectacular! Back on the list!
