Looks like there's a new software update for Leap Motion.

From the demo, seems like they've improved tracking quite a bit, and it tracks your arm as well.

I was just going to write a post about that as I saw another post from Dan on Reddit about the improved functionality of Leap Motion. I wonder if all the work you have done on Leap Motion can stiil be used with the new tracking functionality.

Leap's new SDK is a huge improvement and easily integrated with the work I've been doing. Expect it in an update within the next couple of weeks

I'm REALLY looking forward to this update! If the leap works so well that it can replace the mouse, it will be a dream come true for me! Just sad that my FSX is running so poorly at the moment... Have actually spent most of my Rift-time in Valkyrie this week.

I tried the updated software and the new demo last night and it really is a step (leap? ) forward. Exciting times for sure!
