Guys, found this guy on one of the other sim boards. He is running through all the steps to get an instrument rating from scratch using P3D, REX, and the A2A 182. It's pretty cool. He has a series of videos showing his progress so far, a website, log, etc. I haven't seen mention of VR but it's still nice work.
