It's hopefully just because of the device you are using? A phone, maybe?

I put it to music and used Gearge Thorogood's Memphis/Marie medley and it turns out that is blocked outright due to copyright and lack of licensing agreements in Germany and on some mobile devices, set top boxes, TVs, and such.

For the rest of the world and other devices, YouTube hangs ads on to cover royalties and their costs/profit (I get zip). But that's probably what's up - it's licensing since the video is up but hopefully you can see it on your regular computer.

Sigh...
