That will be early Sunday afternoon in the States so I'm in!

Want to try the MilViz Red Bull 38 and Harrier? Anything else?

A2A has a Corsair F4U-1 and looks pretty good for $19.95. Just Flight has one for $29.99. But I have no idea which one would be better. Don't have either. (just heard from the bdjt guys that the A2A is really good.)

I've got the Aerosoft F-16 and it's pretty nice. I did something wrong or it doesn't like installing in Steam because I only have 3 of the liveries that I can fly. The rest don't show up and I've never troubleshot it and just fly the three I've got.

And still no Nevada. Haven't decided if I want to break out of Steam yet since if I get Nevada outside, I won't be able to go back. Pros and cons to that.

The Flying Bulls have some really cool other videos too. They have some vids on the DC-6 and also the 38 and F4U practicing in Austria over the snowy mountains. Just beautiful!

I picked up the A2A Aircraft Factory F4U and I'm impressed. Cockpit looks great in VR.

Looks like I'm out. Lost sound in FSX for some reason. Not sure why. It was working great yesterday but today it's dead quiet. All other Windows sounds and other applications work great.

So far the remedy I've found online is a full reinstall of Steam and FSX. Great. It is apparently an issue with a Windows 10 update that breaks it somehow. I'm going to try to reinstall DirectX and my sound driver but don't know if it will help. P3D has sound but the FlyInside menu won't bind world scale keyboard keys now for some reason.

All in all bummed.

As you already know - power outage due to storm.

But to close the loop on the sound bit, I don't know how it happened or why running FSX without FlyInside didn't fix sound, but apparently I had somehow set the volume slider to minimum in the FlyInside cockpit menu. Why that continued to affect the FSX sound level when just running the desktop version I don't know, but Tony suggested checking it and yep - it was all the way to the left. Went into VR and that was how I could check it. Fixed it, and now it works again.

Bizarre.
