Hi,
Had exactly the same problem and fixed it with disabling Ezdok. This program will always start when launching FlyInside and to disable do the following,
1: Hold Windows button on your keyboard and press R to bring up the run window,
2: Type %appdata% and hit enter
3: Browse to Lockheed Martin/Prepar3d V3, and find the file exe.xml
4: Before opening back this file up!
5: Open the original file with notepad
6: Find the line, <Launch.Addon><Name>EZdok camera addon</Name><Disabled>False</Disabled><Path>C:\Program Files (x86)\EZCA\EZCA.exe</Path></Launch.Addon>
7: Change >False< to >True< it should now look like this
<Launch.Addon><Name>EZdok camera addon</Name><Disabled>True</Disabled><Path>C:\Program Files (x86)\EZCA\EZCA.exe</Path></Launch.Addon>
8: Save and close windows
9: Relaunch FlyInside and now Ezdok should not startup automatically.
10: Load-up default planes etc and check it is working normally.
I have found that when you zoom using the FlyInside button the cockpit does move around differently then when at the normal view point i assume this is normal. I prefer using normal viewpoint over the zoomed even though you can see the gauges clearer when zoomed.
Tip: If you want Ezdok simply add a shortcut to your desktop from the .exe file for Ezdok and use it to open the program manually.
Hope this works for you.
