Support for Observer View

Hi,

Will you consider adding support for Observer Cameras in P3D?

I can create an Observer View but it will not load on the headset, although I can see the mirrored view. The headset only show the loading screen. I poked around in the saved flight file (.fxml) and noticed that the Observer camera contains positional data not found in the default camera.cfg views.

I am hoping that it is an easy feature to add. At the present time, the external camera views are limited or often don't work properly in the headset--no panning or extreme judder/twitching.

Great job on FlyInside. I am really loving it so far.
