audio bug in XP11 and vive

I've been noticing an issue with some of the audio effects while I'm playing X-plane 11 in my vive with Fly-Inside XP pro. Some of the sound effects are not passing through to the vive headphones. Specifically, I don't hear the rain effects, nor do I hear the flaps extending/retracting sounds. I have Xenviro installed and am flying in the caranedo piper archer II, so I'm not sure where the issue might be arising, but I wanted to mention it in case someone else has encountered this and knows of a simple fix.
