moving platform HTC vive View position

Hi first of al Fly inside experience is beyond imagination, i am using a HTC vive and i build mij own moving platform,
the problem i have is while the platform moves my position in the cockpit is moving also.
the solution for this problem should be solved if there was a posebility to move the view position relative to a controller , fixed to platform
because it is not allowed to move base stations while powered on.
are there other users who have the same problem.
