FlyInside Annotator Application Error

Postby wrap23 » Mon Nov 06, 2017 1:23 am

Tried to run Annotator to see what it will do for editing switch actions. I get an application error every time I attempt to run it. I assume you would run annotator with P3D running but I have tried running annotator by itself, with P3D running, and with FlyInside P3D running. I get an application error every time. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a suggestion I received from FlyInside when I indicated I was not thrilled with the switch actions in the PMDG 777 while using Leap Motion...

“If you're interested, you can actually give FlyInside some hints about individual buttons in the cockpit to improve interaction. Go into your Prepar3D directory, and run "FlyInsideAnnotator.exe". You can choose an aircraft, click on individual parts, and change which types of mouse clicks are used, reverse direction, etc. It's a bit clunky, you need to click the "Save" button for each part that you edit.”

Has anyone attempted using annotator and if so were you successful?
