Flyinside app says i have not bought it

HI,

I bought Flyinside a while ago for my vive and predar3d

i bought new gfx card rtx 2080

and re-installed it after some time it now says i have not bought it

my order code..
***Deleted so no one nicks it ;) ****

The password i had for this no longer works

i am having the same problem i tried emailing dan but no answer is he away?
