Flyinside P3DV4 - How do I hide touch controllers (hands)?

Postby scottharmes6 » Wed Sep 11, 2019 11:10 am

As the title says, I can't find a way to totally disable the hands. I don't really use them as I have a HOTAS controller, and it looks a bit strange with these hands floating outside my cockpit. I have looked through the FI settings, but can't find a way to disable touch controllers. Any suggestions please?

I just don't turn the controllers on when I'm using fly inside.

Sorry, but I don't know what you mean. There is no way to turn the controllers on and off apart from removing the batteries, as far as I'm aware.

Finally found how to disable the Touch controllers, and will share my findings in case anyone else has as much trouble finding an answer. Under the "Bindings" menu you need to assign a new key or button to enable/disable hand controllers. Simple once you know the answer

Sorry I use the vive controllers. They have power buttons on each. I now realise your using the oculus controllers.

Oh yeah, that's my fault for not specifying. Thanks for your advice anyway.
