It works well, but unfortunately the old shader issues are still there: horizontal line in cockpit windows on ground and giant stars at night. These issues have been solved in native VR since P3Dv4.4

So far, so good. It has been so long, I forgot I needed to edit my camera.cfg file for the "Virtual Cockpit" entry. Chase Plane entries were overriding it. Fixed that. Now I need to go read the Chaseplane manual again to relearn how to use it. Thank you so much for the beta! Pete

I have two problems:

1. Mouse pointer disappears from VC approximately 2 hours after flight. Such a short time frame will severely limit the usefulness of FI addon in online flight events. Many times there are so many participants in these events that more often than not the total gate to gate time is more than 2 hours.

2. I tested PMDG B748 and found all livery of this plane is corrupted. PMDG support told me the problem might be caused by PBR textures compatibility issue. I know FI turns off dynamic lighting, but I am not sure whether turning off DL will also cause problems in PBR texture? PBR and Dynamic lighting are the future and I hope FI won't get stuck in the past for the sake of FSX. More and more people are migrating to p3d and X-plane.

Hi,

same for me in PMDG 747 and now also the new PBR update of Flysimwares Learjet ruined the outside view the same way. Looks like PBR-textures are not working properly with Flyinside 1.98 . Is there any solution for this problem? Native VR is not affected from this issue and there was nothing the PMDG support could do about it.

Best regards
Wolfgang

So I think there is also another bug - dynamic lights seem to act strange. For instance in the PMDG NGXu if I put the panel floods on, when turning my head it's like the lights are a sheet of light and they rotate.

It doesn't do this with regular P4D native VR..
